        • How can I change my delivery address?

          You can change your delivery address in 'My Account' at any time until 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s) for delivery from our UK distribution centre. If your items have already been dispatched, it is usually not possible to change your delivery address and you may be charged for arranging re-delivery
        • What happens if the carries lose my delivery?

          This rarely happens, however if you have not received your order please contact us and we'll investigate further for you.
        • Can I provide additional delivery details?

        • I have not heard from your delivery company yet?

          Products which take over 21 days for delivery are specifically stated on the item description. Our delivery partners should contact you within 5 working days of your order being dispatched. If it is over 5 days, please contact us and our customer service team will look into it for you.
        • How do I know when my order will arrive?

          Once your order has been dispatched, our customer service team will contact you with all the delivery details you will need.
        • How long will my items take to arrive?

          On the product page for each item you will see a dispatch estimate e.g 2 - 3 weeks. From dispatch to delivery it will typically take 2 working days for small and medium items and up to 10 working days for larger items.
        • What is express delivery?

          Sometimes we have extra stock in our distribution centre which is marked as 'express delivery'. This stock will be despatched within a few days (number of days can be found on the relevant product page) of you placing your order with us and you'll receive it much quicker than products that are not on express delivery.
        • Where do you ship to?

          We currently only deliver to the united Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

        Payments & Promo

        • How do I use my promo code?

          At checkout, enter your code in capital letters, with no spaces, exactly as it appears.

          Your code may have a minimum spend (which does not include delivery costs) and can be found in the T&Cs of the promotion 

        • Are my card details secure?

          Yes, we never store your full card details, only a token (that we use for future purchases) and enough information to display on the website so that you know which card it is, i.e.

           - the last 4 digits of the card number

          - the expiry date

          - the card type (e.g. Visa)

          - the name on the card

           We also only allow the card to be used when the same delivery address has been used for the card before, which reduces the risk of someone accessing your CHI account and ordering with your saved card

        Product & Stock

        • Where are Your products manufactured?

          We travel worldwide to find you the best furniture makers in the world. Some of our products are manufactured abroad, but many are made here in the UK – they'll have the shorter delivery times.
        • Will my furniture fit?

          We hope that it will! But to be sure, we provide full product dimensions and specifications in the item description so that you can ensure that your new furniture will be able to pass through your front door, and into your room of choice.
        • Will the carriers dismantel old furniture?

          We currently do not offer this service, please ensure that the area where you would like your new furniture to be placed is clear before the carriers arrive.

        Returns & Refunds

        • When will I see my refund in my account?

          Your refund should appear almost immediately, but it can vary depending on the bank and type of card you've used. Please check our refund policy.
        • Can you process my refund onto a different debit/credit card?

          Unfortunately this is not something we are able to facilitate. Any refund must go back on to the card used at the time of purchase
        • I would like to return my order - over 14 days

          As we're based online, we understand that sometimes a piece of furniture might not be quite what you imagined. So we give all of our customers 14 days to return any item - even if it's not damaged.

          However, if it goes over 14 days and you have simply changed your mind we are unable to arrange for this item to be returned to us. 

        • I would like to return my order - within 14 days

          We're sure you will like it but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return our collection costs) once the product has been returned to us.         • I've received a damaged/faulty item

          At Cheshire Home Interiors, we do our best to ensure the quality of all our products. Despite the series of quality checks, occasionally products do arrive with damage. Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) and send us a photograph of the product fault, and a member of our dedicated customer care team will advise on the best solution, including refund, exchange or repair options.
